Yes we are on a countdown now. We have now reached Sunshine Blanket no. 993! This is simply amazing and I have to thank everyone that has supported the 'SIBOL' project over the years.
'uomalley' has very kindly sent in 'Days of Wine and Roses' this morning. A beautiful Crocheted blanket made in a great colour combination. When 'uomalley' looked up these words on the internet she found that they came from a poem by Ernest Dowson who lived in her part of London so she thought it would be ideal for her blanket. I think the name is perfect and thank you so much for sending in your beautiful piece of work. I know it will be greatly appreciated by a Resident in a Home.
