I would like to thank theemuts over on RAVELRY for the parcel received this afternoon. Inside I found all these wonderful goodies for SIBOL!
Four Squares for our 500th Blanket. One of these Squares is made by Vera. Vera very kindly tested a new pattern out that theemuts has designed. theemuts thought that a sunny square deserves a place in the 500th Blanket. Oh I definitely agree with you thank you both very much. Let's take a look at them now.
They are going to look great in our 500th Blanket, thank you very much.
We also have these Squares for our Wonderful World Challenge. We have made the first of the two Blankets for this Challenge and these Squares will be sent on to Linda who first suggested the Challenge. She lives in Devon and is going to donate the 2nd Blanket to the Moorfields Hospital where she recently had cataract surgery. We are going to auction the first Blanket on EBAY.
Inspiration for the middle Square Red Roses has been taken from Louis Armstrongs song
'What a Wonderful World!'
'I see trees of green.....
Red Roses too
I see 'em bloom for me and for you.
And I think to myself ...
What a Wonderful World!
Absolutely perfect thank you!
I shall be asking for a photo before Linda sends the blanket off to Moorfields. I would like to thank you for helping me with Squares for this Challenge.
They are all so gorgeous!
Three 'Anemone Squares' for our Stash these are so lovely and I absolutely love the yarn you have used for the Squares.I love pale grey. This is mixed with white.

I'm sure you will want to see them.
The first one is called ' Camouflage'.
These colours are favourites of theemuts and it is also a
song title. The song is by Brad Paisley.
I love these colours very autumny too!
Aren't the Squares super? So...pretty!
The next Blanket is called 'Waterlily Pond' you will see why!
Beautiful Flowers in the centres of each Square and the colours used are so good together.
Isn't this a bright and cheerful Blanket!
Oh goodness it's lovely.
The last Blanket is called 'It's Spring again!'
This one is so.....interesting. Each Square is different and made in a variety of wonderful colours.
I know all three are going to be accepted so well by the Residents in the Homes.
