Hello Everyone!
I'm very pleased to be showing you my 60th Ta - Dah today. 60 'Sunshine Blankets' who would have thought that! I just can't believe I've made this many.......Thank you to everyone that has very kindly sent me Squares for SIBOL, without you I wouldn't be able to do this work.
The Squares have all come from the Jan Eaton 200 Crochet Blocks for Blankets, Throws and Afghans. They are from Blocks numbered 26 to 50. This has been one of our 'SIBOL' Challenges, we will move on to the next 25 shortly.

It's absolutely gorgeous! My daughter came home from her grandmother's house with yarn and hooks and has been keeping herself busy doing simple stitches. I love it! You wouldn't find many other 15 yr old girls happy to spend her weekend at home crocheting capes for her cat!

I found your wonderful works AFTER you'd done your Circle of Friends blanket! Darn! I will definitely be sending you a square or two in the future. I was excitedly showing my daughter many of your works this morning...she was in love too! She has a very special place in her heart for the aged and has worked in the dementia unit at a retirement facility nearby. We're thinking about a blanket for them as you've inspired us! You mention that they love the pictures...she was imagining some of her favorites receiving such a work and being fascinated! Thanks for the smiles you bring this way!
